Leonid (“Lenny”) Kravets is an IP attorney focusing on corporate development and strategy at InterDigital, Inc.  Lenny’s primary responsibilities include evaluation and analysis of strategic acquisition opportunities, with a particular focus on patents.  Prior to coming to InterDigital, Lenny was an attorney with the law firm of Panitch, Schwarze, Belisario & Nadel in Philadelphia, PA.  While at Panitch, Lenny focused his practice on patent prosecution and intellectual property transactional law.  Lenny frequently advises emerging growth companies and entrepreneurs on developing IP strategy.

Lenny publishes the IP Strategy blog StartupsIP, and is a contributor of IP articles to the popular technology blog TechCrunch.  He has been quoted in publications such as Time, ForbesINC and BBC, and has appeared on Huffington Post Live.

Additionally, Lenny is an adjunct professor at the Drexel University School of Law.   He is a member of the bars of the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Lenny received his JD cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, and holds dual bachelors degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Lenny is active in the Philadelphia technology and start-up communities and has been an advisor to numerous technology startups and entrepreneurs. He is also an inventor on numerous patents and pending patent applications.
